條款及細則

1. 本活動之主辦機構為掌舖有限公司（「掌舖」）。
2. 參加者參加本活動之同時，即表示同意及接受所有活動內容、條款及細則。如有違反，掌舖有權取消其參加資格，並對於任何破壞本活動之行為保留法律追訴權。
3. 活動詳情：

• 發售期為2022年6月8日下午9時30分至2022年6月8日下午10時30分。
• 所有於發售期間發售的服務計劃只適用於：
  • 香港特別行政區
  • 發售期間不在使用 掌舖 Boutir 任何年費計劃之商戶（即現有免費和月費計劃用戶）
  • 如商戶在發售期間正在使用任何一款年費計劃，或曾使用掌舖特殊優惠，相關商戶將不能使用此優惠來續約
• 所有廣告物流金優惠只適用於：
  • 香港特別行政區的掌舖年費計劃用戶
• 所有影片製作服務優惠只適用於：
  • 香港特別行政區的掌舖年費計劃用戶
• 合資格商戶經掌舖於2022年6月8日的Facebook、Instagram或限定網舖直播片段取得活動連結，以優惠價訂購商務 PLUS 計劃、廣告物流金或影片製作服務後，需於2022年6月10日下午6時前聯絡掌舖客服；相關掌舖商務PLUS計劃的有效期為1.5至2年，以購買日起計算；針對廣告物流金優惠，相關計劃延長期將於現有計劃到期後即時生效。
• 合資格商戶訂購影片製作服務後，將可收到4條片長15秒、只影商品的短片，整個服務流程需時3-4個星期：
  1. 商戶購買服務1星期內：
     • 將1-4件產品送到指定地址（運費必需由商戶負責)
     • 填寫指定表格，以提供拍攝細節
  2. 掌舖成功收到商品後5個工作天內，將會開始拍攝商品及製作影片，需時約5-10個工作天
  3. 掌舖傳送影片予商戶，商戶需於3個工作天根據影片給予意見，影片只可在剪輯上微調一次
  4. 掌舖進行微調，7個工作天內再傳送最終版本影片予商戶
  5. 完成影片製作後1星期內，商戶可安排自行取回產品或交由掌舖處置

4. 優惠名額有限，先到先得，售完即止。每位合資格商戶只能以優惠價購買上述計劃、廣告物流金和影片製作服務一次。換言之，如之前曾利用快閃折扣優惠購買商品，商戶將無法在是次活動中購買相應商品。
5. 所有折扣商品不設退款安排，請參加者付款前留意清楚活動條款及細則。
6. 掌舖擁有對此等條款及細則最終之解釋權。
7. 如有任何爭議，掌舖保留就爭議及與此活動有關的任何問題之最終決定權。
8. 以上條款及細則受香港特別行政區（「香港」）之法律所管限並須根據香港之法律解釋。
9. 以上條款及細則以英文及中文編寫，中英文本如有歧異或矛盾，概以中文本為準。
10. 掌舖有權在不作事先通知的情況下隨時及不時 (i) 修訂或補充此條款及細則；(ii) 更改任何不適用日子及(iii) 終止或暫停任何優惠、折扣或推廣項目、計劃。

Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is organized by Boutir Limited (“Boutir”).
2. Upon joining this promotion, all participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bounded by the content and terms and conditions of this promotion. For any violation, Boutir shall have the right to disqualify participants from participating in this promotion. Boutir reserves the right of legal action against any participant who has tampered with or disrupted the promotion.
3. Promotion details:

• The selling period starts from 8 June 2022 at 21:30 to 8 June 2022 at 22:30.
• All plans sold during the period are only applicable to:
  • Hong Kong Special Administrative Region
  • All merchants who are not subscribing to any of Boutir’s yearly plans during the selling period (i.e. existing free and monthly plan users)
  • All merchants who are subscribing to any of Boutir’s yearly plans during the selling period or have enjoyed Boutir’s special offer cannot apply for a contract renewal with the discount
• All discounts on credits sold during the period are only applicable to:
  • All users of Boutir’s annual plans in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region
• All discounts on Boutir’s video production service and  sold during the period are only applicable to:
  • All users of Boutir’s annual plans in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region
• After getting our event website URL from Boutir’s Facebook, Instagram or pop-up store live video on 8 June 2022, and purchasing our Business PLUS plan, credits or service with a discounted price, all eligible merchants are required to contact our customer success team by 10 June 2022 at 18:00. All Boutir’s business PLUS plans sold during the period are valid for 1.5 to 2 years. They are all counted from the date of purchase. For all discounts on credits sold during the period, all related existing plans will be extended immediately when they are expired.
• After purchasing Boutir’s video production service, eligible merchants can get 4 15-second product videos. The whole production will take approximately 3-4 weeks:
  1. Merchants need to complete the following tasks within 1 week after the purchase:
     • Delivering 1-4 products to a particular address (Delivery fee must be paid by merchants)
     • Providing details for the shooting by completing a particular form
  2. Boutir starts shooting and editing videos within 5 days after receiving the products successfully. This process will take approximately 5-10 working days.
  3. Merchants need to comment on the videos within 3 days after receiving the videos. Boutir will only make small adjustments on the editing once.
  4. Boutir will send the edited videos to merchants within 7 working days after the adjustment.
  5. Merchants collect the products themselves or allow Boutir to handle them accordingly within 1 week after the whole production

4. The quota of the discount is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each eligible merchant can purchase our discounted plan, credits and video production service once. In other words, if a merchant has purchased a product with our flash sale discount, they cannot purchase the corresponding discounted product(s) this time.
5. All discounted items are non-refundable. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before checkout.
6. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the interpretation of Boutir which shall be final and conclusive.
7. In the event of disputes, Boutir reserves the right to make final judgments on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this promotion.
8. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”).
9. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
10. Boutir reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions; (ii) change any block-out date and (iii) terminate or suspend the availability of any offer, discount, or promotion, program in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice.
