- 本活動之主辦機構為掌舖有限公司（「掌舖」）。
- 參加者參加本活動之同時，即表示同意及接受所有活動內容、條款及細則。如有違反，掌舖有權取消其參加資格，並對於任何破壞本活動之行為保留法律追訴權。
- 活動詳情：
- 發售期為2021年11月30日下午9時至2021年11月30日下午10時30分。
- 所有於發售期間發售的服務計劃只適用於：
- 香港特別行政區
- 發售期間不在使用 掌舖 Boutir 任何年費計劃之商戶（即現有免費和月費計劃用戶）
- 如商戶在發售期間正在使用任何一款年費計劃，相關商戶將不能使用此優惠來續約
- 所有廣告物流金優惠只適用於：
- 香港特別行政區的掌舖年費計劃用戶
- 合資格商戶經掌舖於2021年11月30日的Facebook或限定網舖直播片段取得活動連結，以優惠價訂購計劃和/或廣告物流金後，需於2021年12月3日下午6時前聯絡掌舖客服；針對上述服務計劃，相關網舖服務有效期為3個月，以購買日起計算；針對廣告物流金優惠，相關計劃延長期將於現有計劃到期後即時生效。
- 優惠名額有限，先到先得，售完即止。每位合資格商戶只能以優惠價購買上述計劃和廣告物流金一次。
- 掌舖擁有對此等條款及細則最終之解釋權。
- 如有任何爭議，掌舖保留就爭議及與此活動有關的任何問題之最終決定權。
- 以上條款及細則受香港特別行政區（「香港」）之法律所管限並須根據香港之法律解釋。
- 以上條款及細則以英文及中文編寫，中英文本如有歧異或矛盾，概以中文本為準。
- 掌舖有權在不作事先通知的情況下隨時及不時 (i) 修訂或補充此條款及細則；(ii) 更改任何不適用日子及(iii) 終止或暫停任何優惠、折扣或推廣項目、計劃。
- This promotion is organized by Boutir Limited (“Boutir”).
- Upon joining this promotion, all participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bounded by the content and terms and conditions of this promotion. For any violation, Boutir shall have the right to disqualify participants from participating in this promotion. Boutir reserves the right of legal action against any participant who has tampered with or disrupted the promotion.
- Promotion details:
- The selling period starts from 30 November 2021 at 21:00 to 30 November 2021 at 22:30.
- All plans sold during the period are only applicable to:
- Hong Kong Special Administrative Region
- All merchants who are not subscribing to any of Boutir’s yearly plans during the selling period (i.e. existing free and monthly plan users)
- All merchants who are subscribing to any of Boutir’s yearly plans during the selling period cannot apply for a contract renewal with the discount
- All discounts on credits sold during the period are only applicable to:
- All users of Boutir’s annual plans in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region
- After getting our event website from Boutir’s Facebook or pop-up store live video on 30 November 2021, and purchasing our plan and/or credit with a discounted price, all eligible merchants are required to contact our customer success team by 3 December 2021 at 18:00. All plans sold during the period are valid for 3 months and counted from the date of purchase. For all discounts on credits sold during the period, all related existing plans will be extended immediately when they are expired.
- The quota of the discount is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each eligible merchant can purchase our discounted plan and credits once.
- These Terms and Conditions are subject to the interpretation of Boutir which shall be final and conclusive.
- In the event of disputes, Boutir reserves the right to make final judgments on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this promotion.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”).
- In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
- Boutir reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions; (ii) change any block-out date and (iii) terminate or suspend the availability of any offer, discount, or promotion, program in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice.
